Bridging the Gap of Client Communication - 
The four C’s (Color, Conversation, Conversion, Care) Part 1  & 2

Effective communication between veterinarian technicians and clients is essential for ensuring optimal care for animals and fostering strong, trusting relationships. This presentation/interactive session explores key strategies to improve nurse-client interactions, focusing on clear, compassionate, and informative communication. Topics include understanding client perspectives, introduction to psychometric assessment, delivering complex medical information in accessible language, managing emotional conversations, analyzing personality trades and sorting them in to four different colors, using active listening to enhance client trust and satisfaction. By mastering communication techniques, veterinary professionals can improve client adherence to treatment plans, promote better health outcomes for animals, and create a more positive experience for pet owners.

These lectures and interactive sessions are a two-part stream session - one is a 45 min. lecture and the second a 30 min. interactive, educational role-play.
